1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RFPCheck at rfpcheck.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is (and is not)

RFPCheck provides AI-assisted analysis of construction RFP / bid documents to help contractors make faster go/no-go decisions. Outputs are informational only. The Service is not legal advice, bonding advice, or a substitute for reading the source solicitation. Always verify deadlines, insurance, bonding, diversity goals, and liquidated damages in the original PDF before bidding.

3. Your documents

You represent that you have the right to upload documents you submit. You are responsible for redacting sensitive information you do not want processed by our AI providers.

4. Accounts, free usage, and paid plans

Some features require an account. Free accounts include a limited number of analyses per month. Paid report packs add credits. The Pro subscription provides unlimited analyses subject to fair-use rate limits. Fees are charged through Stripe; taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew until canceled via the billing portal. Unused monthly free allowance does not roll over.

5. Accuracy and liability

AI extraction can miss clauses, misread dates, or fail on scanned/image-only PDFs. We do not warrant that reports are complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for bid decisions, missed deadlines, or losses arising from use of the Service.
